Rebuilding a classic in Python

This week, students joined the advanced Python Game Projects course from all around Australia to build and improve upon classic video games from the 70's, 80's and 90's!

Made famous by Atari in 1972, Pong is arguably the world's first ever arcade game bringing fond memories to all those who have played it.

Many complex ideas in maths and science underly the simple mechanics of Pong, and students enjoyed building this iconic game for their growing Python portfolios.

Stay tuned for even more classic games to be rebuilt and improved with Python!
